Our thorough Preventive Maintenance Program gives our customers peace of mind knowing that their unit is being serviced on a regular basis to help assure they will not be stuck in the heat in the summer and cold in the winter.

  4. VIP Customer Status-As a VIP customer you will receive special discounts on future products and services.
  5. Breakdown-Free Guarantee- With our Platinum Agreement we guarantee that if your furnace or air conditioner needs repairs, the diagnostic and safety inspection fee will be waived ($75 Savings).

  • Professional Cleaning
  • Safety Check
  • Oil outdoor fan motor
  • Thermostat Check
  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Operation Check
  • Check outdoor fan motor amp draw
  • Check for correct air flow
  • Check indoor motor amp draw
  • Clean primary drain pan
  • Add refrigerant if necessary
  • Clean drain line
  • Drain pan safety switch check

  • Check voltage and amperage on motors
  • Test defrost timers and heaters
  • Check refrigerant levels
  • Inspect electrical wiring in outdoor unit
  • Inspect all controls and safety switches
  • Inspect electrical wiring in indoor unit
  • Inspect electrical wiring in outdoor unit
  • Inspect ductwork for contamination
  • Clean or replace filters (as required)
  • Sanitize air handler (as needed)
  • Check blower wheel
  • Check condenser coil and clean
  • Check for leaks in ductwork

Terms and Conditions:

  • Purchase of all new air conditioning equipment will include a 10% discount, no coupons or additional discounts apply.
  • Repair Services will be provided during normal working hours at a 20% discounted rate off published rates.
  • Materials not covered by warranty will be charged at published rates less 20% (VIP discount). 
  • Repair workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from date of repair.
  • This contract is transferable on unit being maintained.
  • This agreement may be canceled within 30 days of signing; a 15% cancellation charge applies.
  • Cancelations require a written request to the President of Dynamic Heating and Cooling.
  • Tripped breakers, clogged drain lines and clogged filters are subject to an additional service call fee.
  • No service charge except on Sundays and Holidays (additional charge may apply on Sundays and Holidays).
  • Warranty work is performed Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
