You outperform them in so many areas. Showing up on time,having ample supplies for whatever repair was needed and your expertise in converting my air system into a more efficient asset has not been my experience prior to using your company. I have utilized Darwin and his company on two occasions...so far. One thing that I can say about Darwin, he is there for you as soon as possible. He got a call from me the first time at 10pm on a FRI night and it was the night before a big party of 100+ people at my home and one of my AC units went out. Darwin was there the next morning. He needed a part and returned that afternoon and saved the day. His prices are extremely fair...especially under the circumstances...weekend rates and two trips.
2nd Call- Living in Florida and lightening strikes....my AC unit got zapped and once again I needed his companies assistance. This time during the week. He came out ASAP, replaced some parts - he put a part that would help block major part from getting damaged and was knowledgable about having me contact my electric company for low cost insurance plan for lightening strike damages to my appliances/AC/etc.

When the service technician arrived, Steven, I was not quite home yet, but on my way...he was not upset with me, he was patient and began working on what he could until I arrived a few minutes later. When I couldn’t find anyone to repair my electric pool heater (the company and installer had both gone out of business), I called Darwin. He came right over to check it out and had it fixed the next day. I had called others and most wouldn’t touch it, some wanted to sell us a new one but Darwin brought his “know how” and in less than an hour had saved us a boatload of money. Thanks Darwin!
